Abstract
A green fabrication strategy based on the Mannich reaction and epoxy-quaternary ammonium salt ring-opening reaction was employed to construct a novel positively charged nanofiltration membrane with high separation performance.The prepared nanofiltration membrane was characterized by FTIR,XPS,and SEM,and its surface properties and permeation-separation performance were evaluated and compared with conventional commercial nanofiltration membranes.The experimental results show that the prepared nanofiltration membrane achieves a water flux of 82.5 L/(m2·h)and a salt rejection rate of 71.0%for tap water at 0.3 MPa,while beneficial minerals are retained.Compared with traditional polyamide membranes,the prepared membrane does not require an organic-phase step in the traditional interfacial polymerization process and exhibits high water permeability,efficient separation performance,and environmental friendliness.This membrane provides a low-cost and industrially promising solution for healthy drinking water purification.关键词
