改性纳米二氧化钛的合成及其在低渗透油藏中的应用
Synthesis of modified nano-TiO2 and its application in low-permeability reservoirs

Abstract
To address high injection pressure and poor waterflooding performance in low-permeability reservoirs,the modified amphiphilic nano-TiO2(OMNS)with surfactant-like properties was prepared through secondary grafting of 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane and n-octyltriethoxysilane onto a nano-TiO2 substrate.The structure of OMNS was characterized by FTIR,elemental analysis,TEM,and particle size analysis.Its dispersion stability,interfacial tension,core wettability,and pressure reduction and injection enhancement performance were evaluated.Experimental results demonstrate that OMNS achieves dual stabilization through electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance,arising from the sulfonic acid groups and long octyl chains.Compared with unmodified nano-TiO2,OMNS exhibits significantly enhanced dispersion stability.At a mass concentration of 300 mg/L,it effectively reduces the oil-water interfacial tension and achieves wettability reversal.Following the injection of 0.6 PV of OMNS fluid,the pressure reduction rate during secondary waterflooding reaches 13.58%,which exhibits certain application potential in pressure reduction and injection enhancement for low-permeability reservoirs.关键词
