Abstract
This paper systematically reviews the development achievements of China's geothermal industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period from the dimensions of geothermal resource cognition,technological development,standard construction and utilization scale,and predicts that the industry will show the development trends of advancing to deep resources,upgrading urban heating,extending to industrial application scenarios and appreciating carbon asset value in the 15th Five-Year Plan period.In view of the current problems such as overlapping legal attributes of geothermal resources,complicated mineral right handling,restricted water intake permits and heavy tax burdens on enterprises,development suggestions are put forward from four aspects:overall legislation,mineral right optimization,water intake system improvement and tax system reconstruction,so as to provide guarantees for the high-quality leap-forward development of the industry in the follow-up stage.关键词
