中医药调控Keap1/Nrf2/ARE信号通路治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展
Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating the Keap1/Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway in the treatment of Alzheimer's disease

Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a chronic neurodegenerative disease with limited treatment options.Traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)has demonstrated potential in alleviating clinical symptoms and delaying disease progression.The therapeutic mechanisms of TCM are closely associated with the regulation of the Keap1)/Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway.This review systematically summarizes the neuroprotective effects of the Keap1/Nrf2/ARE pathway in AD,which include mitigating oxidative stress,inhibiting neuroinflammation,enhancing mitochondrial function,regulating iron metabolism,suppressing apoptosis,and modulating autophagy.Furthermore,it eluci-dates how Chinese medicinal(CM)-derived active monomers,major constituents,compound formulations,and related non-pharmacological therapies exert their effects against AD through modulating this pathway.This review aims to provide a theoretical foun-dation for the clinical application of TCM and the development of novel medicinal agents for AD.关键词
