国医大师皮持衡在糖尿病肾脏病中运用大黄的经验
TCM master PI Chiheng's experience of using Radix et Rhizoma Rhei in diabetic kidney dis-ease

Abstract
Professor PI Chihheng concludes that the core pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease(DKD)lies in spleen-kidney defi-ciency coupled with the entanglement of dampness,stasis,turbidity,and toxin.On the basis of spleen-kidney deficiency,the internal accumulation of pathogenic factors such as dampness,stasis,turbidity,and toxins contributes to the persistent progression and poor prognosis of DKD.Clinically,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei is selected as a key herb for eliminating pathogenic factors and restoring balance.When used alone,Radix et Rhizoma Rhei exerts effects such as promoting urination to drain dampness and restore qi movement,expel-ling turbid pathogens to preserve essence,dispersing static blood to produce new blood,and eliminating toxins to preserve the healthy qi.Through appropriate herbal combinations,it achieves effects including ascending lucid and descending turbid,tonifying blood while dispelling stasis,and warming yang to resolve stagnation.Additionally,master PI emphasizes adjusting Radix et Rhizoma Rhei's pro-cessing methods to reduce its bitter-cold nature and prevent adverse effects.关键词
