五加减正气散联合耳穴压豆治疗脾虚湿阻型腹泻型肠易激综合征
Clinical Observation on Wu Jiajian Zhengqi Powder(五加减正气散)combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wu Jiajian Zhengqi Powder(五加减正气散,WJZP)combined with auricular point pressing with bean in the treatment of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome(IBS-D)with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction.Methods A total of 70 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type IBS-D were randomly divided into a treatment group(35 cases,2 dropouts,1 exclusion)and a control group(35 cases,1 dropout).The control group was administered oral Bacillus subtilis and Enterococcus faecium Enteric-coated Capsules,2 capsules(0.5 g)each time,three times daily,taken warm half an hour after meals.The treatment group was given WJZP combined with auricular point pressing with bean,200 ml each time,twice daily;the auricular seeds were massaged for 3-5 minutes each time,three times daily.One course of treatment lasted 14 days,and a total of two courses were administered.TCM syndrome scores,IBS Severity Scoring System(IBS-SSS)scores,IBS Bowel Symp-tom Questionnaire(IBS-DSQ)scores,and IBS Quality of Life(IBS-QOL)scores of both groups were recorded before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,TCM syndrome scores,IBS-SSS scores,IBS-DSQ scores,and IBS-QOL scores of both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),with the treatment group showing significantly better results than the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom scores for diarrhea,abdominal pain,and bloat-ing in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),while there was no significant differ-ence in the scores for fatigue,cold intolerance,and poor appetite between the two groups(P>0.05).Overall effective rate in treatment group was 93.75%(30/32),which was higher than that in control group(82.35%,28/34)with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion WJZP combined with auricular point pressing with bean can effectively alleviate symptoms of diarrhea,abdominal pain,bloating,and stool consistency in patients with spleen deficiency and dampness obstruction type IBS-D.It can also significantly enhance the quality of life of patients,with high compliance and positive feedback,making it worthy of further clinical application and promotion.关键词
