双极板电容式光开关中金属微粒诱发电场畸变的仿真研究
Simulation of electric field distortions induced by metallic particles in bipolar-plate capacitive optical switch

Abstract
The physical model of metallic particle inducing the partial discharging in capacitive optical switches has been studied by COMSOL Multiphysics simulation method.We proposed a multi-metal particle model within a bipo-lar plate system at the micrometer scale.By changing the size and spatial position of individual particles,we quantita-tively analyzed the influence on the electric field intensity distribution.The coupling mechanism under multi-particle conditions was further investigated.When the particle size is increased,a remarkable distortion of the local electric field occurs when the particle is close to a plate electrode.This kind of local distortion exhibits the superposition in multi-particle scenarios.The non-uniform distribution of multiple particles significantly enhances the degree of elec-tric field distortion.These results reveal the electric field disturbance caused by multiple particles between the plates,and provide a theoretical basis for insulation protection in capacitive optical switches.关键词
