RESEARCH ON MAIN COMPONENTS AND PROTECTION OF ACCUMULATED DUST ON THE SURFACE OF PV MODULES IN YULIN,SHAANXI PROVINCE
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes the accumulated dust on the surface of PV modules from a PV power station in Yulin,Shaanxi Province as the research object.Firstly, uses a muffle furnace to roast accumulated dust. Then, the phase composition, types of functional groups, and microstructure of the accumulated dust before and after calcination are analyzed using X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),FTIR instrument, and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The valence states of the accumulated dust elements are studied using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS).The contact angles of glass slide surfaces modified with different liquids and silane coupling agents are measured. Finally, protective strategies are proposed for the accumulated dust problem on the surface of PV modules in arid and semi-arid regions. The research results show that:1)According to the XRD test results, the composition of the accumulated dust on the surface of PV module before and after calcination is similar, all of which are quartz, dehydrated muscovite, plagioclase, and calcium sulfate substances.2)According to the high-resolution XPS spectrum, the main components of the accumulated dust before calcination are calcium carbonate, plagioclase, and other substances, with a small amount of organic components.3)The glass slide modified with silane coupling agent modification treatment has both good hydrophobicity and oleophobicity, which can be used to reduce dust accumulates on the surface of PV modules. The research results can provide theoretical support for the selection of surface cleaning methods for PV modules in arid and semi-arid regions.关键词
