基于Arduino单片机的双轴太阳跟踪装置设计的研究
RESEARCH ON DESIGN OF DUAL-AXIS SOLAR TRACKING DEVICE BASED ON Arduino MICROCONTROLLER

Abstract
In response to the problems of unstable operation and poor tracking accuracy in current solar tracking devices,this paper proposes a design of a dual-axis solar tracking device based on Arduino microcontroller.Firstly,the working principle of the dual-axis solar tracking device is introduced,followed by an explanation of its software and hardware design.The operating logic of the device is explained.Finally,the power generation performance of the PV modules after adopting the device is tested.The research results show that:1)The device achieves more accurate tracking of the solar by using the principle of dual-axis tracking.2)By integrating IoT technology,the connection between the dual-axis solar tracking device and the cloud platform has been achieved.Users can remotely and real-time view the device status and changes in various parameters.They can also directly adjust and optimize the parameters of each equipment in the device through a dedicated mobile application,reducing on-site maintenance requirements and improving operation and maintenance efficiency.3)Compared to PV modules using fixed PV brackets,the use of dual-axis solar tracking devices can significantly improve the power generation efficiency of PV modules,with the power generation efficiency increase of 20%to 30%.关键词
