摘要
Abstract
In mountain PV power generation projects,the construction of bored piles is one of the important factors affecting the project construction period.Therefore,conducting a suitability analysis of drilling equipment and proposing different slope ranges suitable for different drilling equipment is helpful for rapid equipment selection and construction organization in mountain PV power generation projects.This paper takes a high-altitude mountain PV power generation project as the research background.Firstly,it elaborates on the terrain,landforms,vegetation,geotechnical engineering and adverse geological conditions of the PV area,and selects the appropriate type of PV bracket pile foundation.Then,a comparative analysis is conducted on the applicable characteristics and construction efficiency of different drilling equipment,and a quantitative analysis of the construction efficiency of four types of drilling equipment and a qualitative analysis of their applicability are carried out.Finally,based on the optimal construction slope for different drilling equipment,a construction organization plan is proposed.The research results show that:1)In mountain PV power generation projects,the selection of drilling equipment and the formulation of construction organization under different slopes need to consider not only the flexibility,ecology,slope adaptability,obstacle passability,and economy of drilling equipment,but also closely related to the PV bracket pile foundation type,geotechnical engineering conditions,construction mechanical properties,climate and environmental conditions,construction personnel experience and technical level,and on-site organizational management level.2)In this mountain PV power generation project,when the overall slope is less than 10°,excavator-mounted top hammer drilling can be prioritized for construction,and the maximum construction slope of the equipment should not exceed 15°.The optimal construction slope for conventional crawler-mounted down-the-hole drill is less than 20°,and the maximum construction slope should not exceed 25°.The optimal construction slope for crawler down-the-hole drill with height-adjustable legs is less than 35°,and the maximum construction slope should not exceed 40°.Small rock drill can be used for construction on slopes generally greater than 40°,and can leverage their advantages.The research results can provide reference for the selection of drilling equipment,construction organization design,and optimization of mountain PV power generation projects that also used bored piles.By selecting appropriate equipment,the project duration can be shortened,and the management difficulty and safety risks of project construction can be reduced.关键词
