Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of narrative nursing on the psychological state and coping style of family members of children with neuroblastoma.Methods Using a random number table method,182 children with neuroblastoma admitted to Beijing Jingdu Children's Hospital from January 2021 to June 2025 were divided into two groups,with 91 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the study group received narrative nursing on the basis of control group.The psychological state and coping style of two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the state-anxiety inventory scores of both groups showed a decreasing trend,and the study group was more significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive dimension scores of simple coping style questionnaire showed an increasing trend,while the negative dimension scores showed a decreasing trend,and the study group showed a more significant trend(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of narrative nursing in the family members of children with neuroblastoma can effectively alleviate their psychological state and improve coping style.关键词
