基于复杂网络模型的农村基础设施工程脆弱性影响机理研究
Research on the Development Mechanism of Vulnerability in Rural Infrastructure Projects Based on Complex Network Model

Abstract
Rural infrastructure projects are vital for rural revitalization and modernization.However,multi-causal vulnerability of these projects often results in failure,seriously hampering sustainable de-velopment.To clarify the formation mechanism of engineering vulnerability,this paper applied complex network theory to identify the key vulnerability factors across exposure,sensitivity and adap-tive capacity dimensions,and constructed a corresponding network topology model.Through topology metrics and failure simulation,we analyzed the interrelationships between factors and their impacts effect on each vulnerability dimension.The results reveal the critical influencing factors and chains,including construction quality,governmental credibility,policy robustness,and legal framework soundness,with governmental entities as the core of critical chains.This study provides a theoretical foundation for improving rural infrastructure governance and sustainability.关键词
