Abstract
Lean spare parts for components and inventory management has always been one of the difficult issues in the produc-tion and management of tobacco enterprises.Currently,the general methods and procurement means relying on traditional ex-perience prediction are hard to meet the requirements of low inventory and high response.In this regard,with the goal of re-ducing the inventory of tobacco enterprises and ensuring production,this paper studies the basic principles of the entire indus-trial chain involving the demand side,operation side and supply side,proposes a mechanism of information sharing,inventory coordination and rapid replenishment among the three parties,and develops a new business of online lean supermarket for com-ponents of tobacco enterprises based on this mechanism.It has broken down the information barriers among the demand side,the operation side and the supply side,achieving a new management model that benefits tobacco enterprises,component sellers and component manufacturing enterprises.This has reduced inventory redundancy and accelerated the response to component orders and supplies.关键词
