基于SSR的横断山古核桃遗传多样性评价
Genetic Diversity of Ancient Walnut Resources in the Hengduan Mountains Using SSR Markers

Abstract
Abundant ancient walnut resources are distributed in Hengduan Mountains of southwest China.In this study,11 pairs of SSR primers were used to detect population genetic diversity of 159 trees sampled from 8 populations of Juglans regia and J.sigillata.The results revealed that the total population has an average value of number of 7.727 alleles,2.234 effective alleles,an expected heterozygosity of 0.496,and an observed heterozygosity of 0.461,indicating medium genetic diversity,and that the genetic diversity of J.sigillata population was higher than that of J.regia population.Meanwhile,the genetic differentiation coefficient of J.sigillata population was higher than that of J.regia population,and the genetic variation among the populations accounted for a certain proportion.UPGMA clustering and the STRUCTURE anal-ysis showed that the 8 populations could be clearly divided into 2 groups of J.regia and J.sigillata re-spectively,consistent with the actual situation.J.regia and J.sigillata populations were further divided into 3 groups and 2 groups,respectively,with a certain degree of geographical distribution characteristics,but Mantel's detection showed that the distribution characteristics were not significantly correlated with geographical distance.关键词
