Construction Method of Technology System From the Perspective of Industrial Chain

Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Against the backdrop of intensifying global technological competition and increa-singly prominent industrial chain security risks,existing technology classification systems frequently exhibit a disconnection from the actual development needs of industries.Such systems often prioritize taxonomic rigor at the expense of functional applicability,thereby constraining their utility in guiding innovation pathways and informing industrial policy formulation.To bridge this gap,this paper aims to propose a methodology for constructing a technology system from an industrial chain perspective,designed to align technological structuring with the practical demands of industrial development.This approach seeks to enhance the relevance and strategic value of technology systems for emerging high-technology sectors by explicitly linking technological knowledge to value chain dynamics.[Method/Process]The study employed a three-tier industrial chain framework,comprising the"Basic Support Tier",the"Physical Implementation Tier",and the"Value Realization Tier",to serve as the foundational architecture for organizing technological knowledge.Within this structural context,the methodology integrated patent analytics with quantitative mapping techniques based on a centroid model.The process initiated by leveraging the semantic comprehension capabilities of large language models(LLMs)to extract and semantically normalize technology nodes from patent datasets.Subsequently,the centroid model was introduced to quanti-tatively map and assign these technology nodes to their most relevant industrial chain tier based on calculated association tiers.This model facilitated the identification of the core technological"center of gravity"within each tier and clarifies inter-tier technological dependencies.Finally,we constructed a technology system by integrating the node-to-tier assign-ments with an analysis of the functional linkages between the technology nodes themselves.This multi-step process ensured the resulting system reflects both the industrial chain's structural logic and the intrinsic functional network of the technologies.[Result/Conclusion]Utilizing the quantum magnetic field measurement industry as an empirical case study,the application of the proposed method reveals a pronounced uneven distribution of technological capabilities across the industrial chain tiers.A significant concentration of technological activity is observed within the Basic Support Tier,whereas linkages to the Value Realization Tier are comparatively underdeveloped.This imbalance suggests potential bottle-necks in translating foundational research into market-ready applications and services.Furthermore,the analysis demon-strates that the emphasis on specific technologies varies significantly across different application scenarios.The metho-dology proves instrumental in identifying these divergent focal points,thereby pinpointing the key technological nodes critical to specific application domains within a specialized industry.This transition enables a more granular understanding of how technologies collectively underpin value creation across various industrial stages.The study provides valuable insights into the coupling relationship between technological evolution and industrial structure.关键词
