在线健康社区情境下算法感知对用户隐私披露意愿的影响机制研究
Research on the Influence Mechanism of Algorithm Perception and Users'Privacy Disclosure Intention in Online Health Communities
摘要
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Based on the mediating effect of algorithm failure anxiety,revealing the mecha-nism of algorithm perception on users'privacy disclosure intention is of great significance for standardizing the algorithm management of online health communities and improving users'algorithm literacy and privacy literacy.[Method/Process]The study took online health communities as the research situation,used the mixed method of Structural Equation Model and Necessary Condition Analysis,and combined with the theoretical framework of"Cognition-Affect-Conation",to fully explore the influence mechanism of algorithm perception on users'privacy disclosure intention in online health communi-ties.[Result/Conclusion]The mixed research shows that algorithm perception negatively affects algorithm failure anxiety,and algorithm failure anxiety negatively affects users'privacy disclosure intention.Algorithm perception is a necessary con-dition for algorithm failure anxiety,and compared with the functional dimension of algorithm perception,the ethical dimen-sion of algorithm perception is more likely to cause algorithm failure anxiety.Our study not only enriches the research sta-tus of online health community,but also responds to the management phenomenon of missing management of online health community algorithm,and provides targeted practical enlightenment.关键词
