Abstract

With the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing technology,the intelligence and informatization level of motor systems have become an essential foundation for achieving high-performance equipment control.This paper proposes an intelligent sensorless control method for permanent magnet synchronous motors based on the super-twisting sliding mode algorithm.The algorithm is constructed as an embedded information-processing node,which can be applied to motor state estimation in the Internet of Things and cloud control systems.From the perspective of intelligent information processing,a second-order super-twisting continuous control law is used to replace the sign function in the traditional sliding mode,effectively suppressing speed observation chattering and improving the smoothness and accuracy of state signal estimation.The algorithm features fast convergence and strong robustness,enabling high-precision motor signal acquisition and data fusion under complex operating conditions.MATLAB/Simulink simulation results show that the proposed method outperforms traditional sliding-mode observers in both dynamic response and steady-state performance,demonstrating promising application prospects in intelligent manufacturing and high-performance computing platforms.
