Abstract
Objective To design a digital twin-based management system for unmanned medical equipment deployment centers,aiming to enable informatized,efficient and dynamic management of medical equipment.Methods A digital twin-based management system for unmanned medical equipment deployment centers was designed with a four-layer architecture comprising a physical layer,a transport layer,a digital twin layer and an application layer.The physical layer incorporated IoT modules to collect device presence status,charging data and environmental parameters,which was composed of a Bluetooth positioning system,a charging monitoring and control unit and an environmental sensing module;the transport layer based on PyCharm platform employed Python to construct a transmission control protocol/Internet protocol communication architecture,ensuring reliable data transmission between the client and the server;the digital twin layer integrated dynamic and static data via a MySQL database to construct a digital twin;the application layer developed a web interface,a digital twin dashboard and a WeChat mini-program with the Django framework,the Shanhaijing visualization platform and WeChat developer tools.Results The system enabled users to query medical equipment information and status,control power supply and disconnection and monitor environmental conditions,which significantly improved the efficiency of medical equipment resource sharing and circulation and reduced the workload and operational costs for equipment management departments.Conclusion The system significantly enhances medical equipment monitoring capabilities in unmanned environments,improves the efficiency of medical equipment management and provides reliable technical support for precise and efficient medical equipment management.[Chinese Medical Equipment Journal,2026,47(3):54-60]关键词
