摘要

Abstract

Honey is rich in various vitamins,minerals,and bioactive ingredients,with health benefits and nutritional value,and is highly favored by many consumers.Research shows that honey may be contaminated by external pollutants during production,processing,storage,and transpor-tation,which can affect the taste and potentially harm human health.This article elaborates on the classification of pollutants in honey,summa-rized as pesticide residues,heavy metals,and microbial contamination,and analyzes the achievements of traditional detection techniques.With the innovation of detection,researchers have combined biochips and nanotechnology with traditional detection technology and pre-processing methods to form a new detection method.Significant progress has been made in analysis for pollutants in honey.Pre treatment technology is show-ing an efficient and green trend.QuEChERS and SPE solid-phase extraction have become mainstream methods.Pollutant detection technology is developing towards high sensitivity,high selectivity,and simultaneous detection of multiple components.
