Abstract
This paper explores the production process of anhydrous ethanol.By combining molecular sieve adsorption,vacuum desorption regen-eration,and distillation processes,an efficient transformation from 95%ethanol feedstock to anhydrous ethanol is achieved,significantly enhan-cing ethanol purity and reducing water content to below 0.02%.This technology demonstrates advantages such as low energy consumption,sim-ple operation,environmental friendliness,and high product purity.The process includes key steps such as pre-treatment of feed ethanol,de-hydration by molecular sieve adsorption,vacuum desorption regeneration,and distillation of the regeneration liquid.The results show that after vapor-phase adsorption,the ethanol content increases from 95%to 99.991%,and the water content is reduced to 9 × 10-5,achieving high separation efficiency between water and ethanol.This technology offers a new solution for the production of solvents for lithium battery electro-lytes,contributing to green and low-carbon development and energy transition.关键词
