Abstract
A method based on liquid chromatography-tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry(LC-QQQ-MS)was established for the detec-tion of three important microcystins(MCs)in Dianchi Lake water.The water samples were frozen and thawed three times at-20 ℃,then fil-tered through a 0.22 μmpoly ethersulfone membrane and directly injected for analysis,eliminating the need for complex pretreatment steps.Quantification was performed using the external standard method,and the analysis time for a single sample was only 7 minutes.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients(R2)of the standard curves of the three MCs were all greater than 0.999;the method detection limits were 0.002-0.003 μg/L,with relative standard deviations(RSD)ranging from 0.4%to 1.9%,indicating good precision;the spiked recoveries of actual water samples from Dianchi Lake were 83.4%-108%.This method is simple,rapid,and sensitive,and can be effectively applied to the rapid detection of microcystins in Dianchi Lake water.关键词
