基于"形神一体"理论探讨针药结合治疗卒中后认知障碍
Combined acupuncture and medication treatment for post-stroke cognitive impairment based on the"unity of body and spirit"theory

Abstract
Post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI),a common and life-function-impairing sequela of stroke,is fundamentally attributed in TCM theory to the disharmony between body and spirit.This manifests as an intertwining of branch excess conditions such as qi stagnation,wind,phlegm,and blood stasis,along with root deficiency conditions involving visceral weakness and marrow depletion.Based on the"unity of body and spirit"theory from the Huang Di Nei Jing(Huangdi's Classic of Medicine),this paper elucidates the interactive relationship between body and spirit in the onset and progression of PSCI.Specifically,it analyzes the pathogenesis of mental disorders resulting from dysfunction of the five viscera—heart blood,lung qi,liver qi regulation,spleen transportation,and kidney essence—and proposes a comprehensive treatment approach combining acupuncture and medication accordingly.Clinically,acupuncture at the Five-Zhi points is employed to harmonize qi and blood,unblock meridians,and regulate the body,while synergistic interventions such as diet therapy based on pattern identification and tailored formulation are utilized to nourish the viscera,calm the spirit,and awaken the mind,ultimately achieving simultaneous regulation of body and spirit.Preliminary analysis of the included medical records demonstrates that the combined acupuncture-medication protocol exerts positive effects in improving patients' cognitive function and physical mobility,providing valuable insights and methods for TCM clinical management of PSCI.关键词
