摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the risk factors for heart failure(HF)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP)and to explore corresponding intervention strategies. Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with UAP who underwent PCI at The First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2021 to December 2023 were retrospectively collected.According to whether HF occurred after PCI,the patients were divided into an HF group(n=23)and a non-HF group(n=97).Clinical data were collected, and the variables that showed significant differences between the two groups were included in Logistic regression analysis to identify the risk factors for HF after PCI in patients with UAP and to explore intervention strategies. Results A total of 120 patients with UAP were included in this study, among whom 23 developed HF after PCI,with an incidence of 19.17%.Univariate analysis showed that the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score,D-dimer(D-D),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and the presence of diabetes mellitus differed significantly between the HF group and the non-HF group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis of these variables showed that the PSQI score,D-D,TNF-α,and concomitant diabetes mellitus were risk factors for HF after PCI in patients with UAP,with odds ratios(OR)>1.Conclusion The PSQI score,D-D,TNF-α,and concomitant diabetes mellitus can all affect the occurrence of HF after PCI in patients with UAP.Screening high-risk populations based on these factors may facilitate the implementation of targeted clinical intervention strategies.关键词
