Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of smart nursing in elderly patients with post-extubation dysphagia in the intensive care unit(ICU)in the context of Internet Plus.Methods A total of 86 elderly ICU patients with post-extubation dysphagia admitted to Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2024 to December 2024 were selected as the study samples.Using the random number table method,they were divided into a control group(n=43,receiving routine nursing)and a study group(n=43,receiving routine nursing combined with smart nursing in the context of Internet Plus).Differences between the two groups in self-care ability,swallowing function,quality of life,and satisfaction were analyzed.Results After 1 month and 2 months of nursing,the scores of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the scores of the Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of the Swallowing Quality of Life Questionnaire(SWAL-QOL)in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with all differences being statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Smart nursing in the context of Internet Plus has favorable application value in elderly ICU patients with post-extubation dysphagia.It can intervene in patients from multiple aspects,including self-care ability,swallowing function,quality of life,and satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.关键词
