基于微信平台的前瞻性护理干预模式在首发脑卒中患者中的应用研究
Application of a WeChat Platform-Based Prospective Nursing Intervention Model in Patients with First-Ever Stroke

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effects of a WeChat platform-based prospective nursing intervention model on patients with first-ever stroke.Methods A total of 110 patients with first-ever stroke who were treated at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from December 2021 to August 2023 were selected and assigned to groups using the random number table method,with 55 patients in each group.The control group received the conventional nursing model,whereas the study group received a WeChat platform-based prospective nursing intervention model in addition to conventional nursing.The nursing effects in the two groups were compared.Results After 1 month,2 months,and 3 months of nursing,the SS-QOL scores in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Repeated-measures analysis of variance showed that the intergroup effect,time effect,and interaction effect were all statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 1 month,2 months,and 3 months of nursing,the Barthel Index scores in the study group were all significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Repeated-measures analysis of variance showed that the intergroup effect,time effect,and interaction effect were all statistically significant(P＜0.05).The rehabilitation compliance rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The WeChat platform-based prospective nursing intervention model can effectively improve the quality of life and self-care ability of patients with first-ever stroke and enhance their rehabilitation compliance.It is of positive significance in promoting functional recovery and improving long-term prognosis.关键词
