Abstract
Focusing on the urgent need for modernizing maritime dangerous goods governance,this paper explores the driving pathways and application value of artificial intelligence(AI)technology.It analyzes the systemic challenges currently faced in the supervision and emergency response of maritime dangerous goods,such as the complexity of dangerous goods types,the intricacy of the marine environment and poor information coordination.The paper elaborates on the core application value of AI in areas including knowledge integration and intelligent retrieval,scenario modeling and solution generation,and round-the-clock decision support.Finally,from the four dimensions of technological breakthrough,data sharing,platform construction and talent cultivation,it proposes systematic countermeasures and suggestions to promote the deep application of AI technology and build a modern governance system integrating human,technical and intelligent prevention.关键词
