脑卒中患者偏瘫上肢日常使用量的相关因素分析
Factors related to daily use of the hemiplegic upper limb after stroke

Abstract
Objective:To explore the factors related to amount of daily use of the hemiplegic upper limb after stroke.Methods:The clinical data of 170 stroke patients from January 2023 to October 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,including age,gender,course of disease,paralyzed side,hemiplegic upper limb motor function(Fugl-Meyer Assessment-Upper Extremity,FMA-UE),hemiplegic upper limb activity function(Functional Test for the Hemiplegic Upper Extremity-Hong Kong,FTHUE-HK),Motor Activity Log-Amount of Use(MAL-AOU)and Motor Activity Log-Quality of Movement(MAL-QOM),Modified Barthel Index(MBI),Stroke Impact Scale-ADLs(SIS-ADLs)and Stroke Impact Scale-Hand(SIS-Hand).The MAL-AOU was used as the dependent varia-ble,the relevant influencing factors of daily use of hemiplegic upper limb in stroke patients were filtered out by uni-variate analysis and linear stepwise regression analysis.Results:The result of univariate analysis showed that age,gender,course of disease,FMA-UE,FTHUE-HK,MAL-QOM,MBI,SIS-ADLs and SIS-Hand were correlated with the daily use of hemiplegic upper limb in stroke patients(P＜0.05).Linear stepwise regression analysis showed that MAL-QOM was associated with the amount of daily use of the hemiplegic upper limb in stroke patients(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Age,gender,course of disease,FMA-UE,FTHUE-HK,MAL-QOM,MBI,SIS-Hand and SIS-ADLs are factors associated with the daily use of hemiplegic upper limbs in stroke patients.Among these variables,MAL-QOM has been identified as an independent factor influencing the daily use of hemiplegic upper limbs in this population.关键词
