County-level public hospitals:The main engine for the high-quality development of county-level medical consortia
摘要
Abstract
The development of county-level public hospitals directly determines the enhancement of prima-ry healthcare system capabilities and the overall efficiency of medical consortium development.In the strategic framework of building a tightly-knit county-level medical consortium,the development of county-level public hospi-tals essentially transforms medical institutions within the county from"loose collaboration"to"close cooperation",directly providing high-quality medical services to local residents.Under the combined impact of multiple factors such as financial pressure,talent loss,outdated equipment,and patient attrition,achieving breakthroughs in the development of public hospitals has become a critical link for the sustainable and high-quality development of coun-ty-level medical consortia.This article elaborated on the key points for breakthroughs in the development of county-level public hospitals from the perspectives of clinical specialty construction,medical consortium development,hospital operation and management,and hospital internalization.Finally,the article highlights several issues that county-level public hospitals should focus on when formulating the"15th Five-Year Plan",aiming to establish new coordinates for the core content of the"15th Five-Year Plan"development for county-level public hospitals.关键词
