Constructing relational embedding mechanisms for close-knit medical consortia:Theoretical logic and path innovation

Abstract
At present,the construction of medical consortia is steadily advancing,effectively promoting the equitable allocation and balanced distribution of high-quality medical resources.However,institutional,tech-nical,and cultural barriers persist in the construction of close-knit medical consortia,including fragmented man-agement systems,imperfect benefit-sharing mechanisms,constrained medical resource mobility,insufficient serv-ice standardization,delayed policy implementation,and inadequate cultural identity and collaboration.Embedded-ness theory provides a unique analytical framework for inter-organizational collaboration,revealing:(1)the pivotal role of social capital in hybrid cooperative models(e.g.,medical consortia);(2)that trust-based reciprocity in social networks is more effective than formal contracts in sustaining long-term cooperation;and(3)how informal coordination mechanisms can compensate for or mitigate the rigidity of formal institutions.The proposed relational embedding mechanism follows a fourfold implementation pathway:cognitive embedding by establishing value con-sensus of shared destiny,relational embedding by developing well-coordinated triage protocols,structural embed-ding by forming complementary functional configurations and institutional embedding by defining clear rights and responsibilities.关键词
