杭州市基层医务人员参与双向转诊意愿调查及影响因素分析
Willingness of grassroots medical staff in Hangzhou City to participate in two-way referrals and the influencing factors

Abstract
Objective To explore the willingness of grassroots medical personnel in Hangzhou City to par-ticipate in two-way referrals and the influencing factors,so as to provide suggestions and theoretical basis for fur-ther implementing two-way referrals.Methods From August to December 2024,a questionnaire survey was con-ducted on 196 grassroots medical personnel in 11 community health service centers in 4 districts of Hangzhou City by intentional sampling and simple random sampling,and the influencing factors for grassroots medical staff's will-ingness to participate in two-way referrals were analyzed by establishing a logistic regression model.Results A total of 93.88％of grassroots medical staff were willing to conduct two-way referrals.The logistic regression results showed that the frequency of receiving referred patients(OR=10.122,95％CI=1.017～100.758),perceived promotion of rational utilization of health resources(OR=34.910,95％CI=1.488,818.745),perceived impact on disease source(OR=0.076,95％CI=0.010,0.590),average satisfaction with two-way referrals(OR=41.249,95％CI=2.437,698.301),and fairly high satisfaction with two-way referrals(OR=21.174,95％CI=1.135,394.886)were the influencing factors for the willingness of grassroots medical staff.Conclusions The willingness of grassroots medical personnel in Hangzhou City to participate in two-way referrals is strong.It is vital to establish a standardized two-way referral digital platform,improve referral standards and incentive mechanisms,and thus enhancing the personnel's satisfaction with participating in two-way referrals.关键词
