摘要
Abstract
Under the policy impetus of the"Healthy China 2030"and the deepening of medical reform,the construction of compact medical communities has become an important path to solve the problem of uneven dis-tribution of medical resources and improve the quality of medical services.This article analyzes in depth the cur-rent predicaments such as the shortage of medical resources and weak service capabilities at the grassroots level.It systematically expounds the practical application of the three core strategies of"integrated management,homogene-ous services,and differentiated development"in the construction of compact medical communities.Through the establishment of an"integrated"management system covering personnel,finance,and materials,and by promo-ting homogeneous training and homogeneous medical quality control,it implements the differentiated development strategy of"one hospital,one policy".Taking Zengdu District as an example,it empirically demonstrates the sig-nificant achievements of this model in promoting the implementation of the hierarchical medical system,enhancing the efficiency of regional medical services,and reducing the burden of medical treatment for the public.It provides a replicable and scalable model for the construction of compact medical communities across the country,contribu-ting to the realization of a new medical service pattern where"minor illnesses are treated within the village and ma-jor illnesses within the county".Meanwhile,it analyzes the challenges faced during the construction process,such as institutional and mechanism obstacles and difficulties in resource integration,and looks forward to the future de-velopment prospects.关键词
