健康资本与社会支持对老年人"老幼共融"参与意愿的影响研究
The impact of health capital and social support on older adults' willingness to engage in intergenerational integration

Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanisms through which health capital and social support affect community-dwelling older adults' willingness to participate in"intergenerational integration".Methods A strati-fied random sampling approach was employed to collect 307 valid questionnaires from February to April 2025 in three"dual-age co-care"pilot communities in Hangzhou City.The survey comprised four domains:sociodemo-graphic characteristics,health capital,social support,and willingness to engage in intergenerational integration.Data were analyzed using independent samples t-test,oneway ANOVA,Pearson correlation analysis,and multiple linear regression.Results Health capital,social support,and willingness to participate in"intergenerational in-tegration"among older adults showed statistically significant differences across various demographic characteris-tics.After controlling for gender,age,and living arrangement,Model1 accounted for 24.3％of the variance in participation willingness(R2=0.243,P＜0.001).In Model2,the inclusion of health capital(β=0.662,P＜0.001)and social support(β=0.223,P＜0.001)increased the explained variance to 80.1％(R2=0.801,P＜0.001).Conclusions Health capital and social support are core drivers of community-dwelling older adults' willingness to engage in intergenerational integration.It is recommended that community health promotion interven-tions and multi-level social support networks be developed to enhance older adults' health status and emotional re-source availability,thus strengthening their active participation and persistence in intergenerational activities.关键词
