我国农村养老高质量发展统计评价研究
Statistical evaluation research on high-quality development of rural elderly care in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To assess the regional disparities in the high-quality development of rural elderly care and the improvement of the elderly care service system in rural China.Methods Based on the data from China Statistical Yearbook for 31 provinces(autonomous regions,municipalities directly under the central govern-ment)in China from 2006 to 2022,this study employed objective weighting methods such as principal component analysis and entropy weight method,combined with statistical tools like Kernel density estimation,Dagum Gini co-efficient,and Moran's I index,to build an analytical framework.Results The overall characteristics were that the eastern region was in the lead,the central region remained stable,while the northeastern and western regions lagged behind,with indices of 38.04,28.11,15.90,and 9.27,respectively.The order of dimensional charac-teristic growth was entertainment construction followed by community security,economic support,medical securi-ty,and infrastructure,with values of 3.14％,2.26％,2.04％,1.77％and 0.02％,respectively.Conclusions The development level of high-quality rural elderly care in China significantly improved from 2006 to 2022,but regional disparities still existed.Policy support and resource allocation have a significant impact on high-quality ru-ral elderly care development,and spatial pattern analysis reveals the spatial auto-correlation and regional dispari-ties.关键词
