Analysis and Comprehensive Evaluation of Nutritional Element Composition in 170 Domestic and Foreign Wheat Germplasm Resources

Abstract
To precisely identify elite parental materials and expand the genetic diversity of domestic wheat germplasm,170 domestic and foreign wheat germplasm resources were used as experimental materials.11 nutritional quality traits were systematically analyzed using variation analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.The results showed that the coefficients of variation(CV)were ranging from 8.55%to 36.31%across 11 traits,with water-soluble arabinoxylan exhibiting the highest variability(CV=36.31%)and magnesium exhibiting the lowest(CV=8.55%).The correlation analysis demonstrated that there were significant interrelationships among 9 mineral elements.The comprehensive evaluation indicated that KANRED,Huixianhong,Zhengmai 9023,Yumai 13 and NORDIC were the top-performing accessions for the 11 nutritional traits.Above results laid theoretical basis for the selection of high-quality wheat germplasm resources and the breeding of new high-quality wheat varieties.关键词
