质量达标承诺约束下花农化肥减施行为影响因素研究
Influencing Factors of Chemical Fertilizer Reduction in Flower Farmers under the Constraint of Quality Standard Commitment

Abstract
As an important input factor in agricultural production,chemical fertilizers play a significant role in increasing crop yields,but their excessive use can lead to resource waste and severely affect the quality and safety of agricultural products.Therefore,China has introduced effective agricultural policies to guide farmers in changing their fertilization concepts,ensuring the reduction of chemical fertilizer use while improving the quality and safety of agricultural products.Based on field research data from 358 flower farmers in Chenggong district,Kunming city,this article used the binary Logistic model to analyze the influencing factors of flower farmers'behavior in reducing chemical fertilizer use.The results indicate that:(1)At the level of farmer characteristics,gender,education level,and planting area have a significant positive impact on flower farmers'behavior in reducing chemical fertilizer use.(2)At the level of farmer cognition,economic benefits,social values,and ecological environment cognition have a significant positive impact on flower farmers'behavior in reducing chemical fertilizer use.(3)At the level of policy environment,policies for meeting quality standards for agricultural products,government subsidies for reducing chemical fertilizer use,and integrated water and fertilizer technology have a significant positive impact on flower farmers'behavior in reducing chemical fertilizer use.Based on these findings,the following policy recommendations were proposed:carry out quality and safety awareness training for flower farmers;strengthen the education and training of flower farmers;strengthen the publicity of policies for reducing chemical fertilizer use;and increase the promotion of integrated water and fertilizer technology.关键词
