新质生产力背景下乡村人才振兴引领乡村产业振兴的机理与路径
Mechanism and Paths of Rural Talent Revitalization Leading Rural Industry Revitalization in the Context of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
With the continuous emergence of advanced production factors,the importance of talent in the modernization and transformation of rural industries has been increasingly recognized,becoming a key driver in promoting the deep integration of rural industries and new quality productive forces.Based on the goal of rural industry revitalization,achieving rural talent revitalization can effectively activate industrial entities,promote the widespread application of advanced production factors such as knowledge,information,and digital technologies,and continuously optimize the social and policy environments of rural industries,collectively driving fundamental changes in rural industries.Through a case study of Hangzhou city in Zhejiang province,the research showed that constructing a scientific and precise"attraction-cultivation-utilization"talent mechanism can foster positive interactions between talent and industries,fully leveraging the leading role of rural talent in rural industry revitalization.Based on this,local governments can focus on advancing rural talent policies from four aspects:high-level promotion,supply of advanced production factors,building industrial project platforms,and strengthening the social foundation for talent.Guided by new quality productive forces,these efforts aim to facilitate rural industry revitalization and create favorable conditions for achieving comprehensive rural revitalization.关键词
