新质生产力视角下广东省现代农业产业园发展模式与对策
Development Model and Countermeasures of Modern Agricultural Industrial Parks in Guangdong Province from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
As a significant manifestation of new quality productivity,digital agriculture is deeply transforming the production methods,organizational forms,and value chains of agriculture through modern information technologies such as artificial intelligence,big data,and the Internet of Things,and becoming the core engine driving the high-quality development of modern agriculture.Against this backdrop,modern agricultural industrial parks,as crucial carriers for promoting regional economic and characteristic agricultural modernization,are increasingly becoming key platforms for integrating digital technologies and industrial elements.From the perspective of new quality productive forces in agriculture,this research constructed a four-dimensional analytical framework of"authoritative organizations,new-type labor force,new-type of labor tools and new-type labor objects",and focused on analyzing the development models of four national modern agricultural industrial parks in Guangdong province,including the Maoming National Lychee Modern Agricultural Industrial Park.It is found that the construction of modern agricultural industrial parks in Guangdong is facing problems such as a lack of diversity in management and operation mechanisms;insufficient coordination and integration efforts;insufficient scientific and technological innovation capabilities and high agricultural production costs;underdeveloped brand development and low market competitiveness;low industrial levels and a single product structure.Then the research proposed countermeasures and suggestions from four aspects:top-level design,agricultural scientific and technological innovation,brand development,and new agricultural business forms.关键词
