Abstract
To investigate the effects of glycyrrhizic acid(GA)on growth performance,serum biochemical parameters,and intestinal inflammatory factors in fattening pigs.384 DLY fattening pigs(78.40±3.63 kg)were randomly divided into four groups(12 replicates×8 pigs),and each group was fed a basal diet supplemented with 0,120,240,and 480 mg/kg GA,respectively.Pre-trial for 3 days,and the main trial for 48 days.Results:The FBW of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The ADG of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly higher than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),and the F/G was significantly lower than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The ADFI of the 240 and 480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The TP content of the 240 and 480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),BUN,TG,DAO,and ALT activities were significantly lower than those of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The TC content of the 120~480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly lower than that of the 0 mg/kg GA group(P<0.05),and the D-LA content of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly lower than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The IgA content of the 480 mg/kg GA group was significantly lower than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),while the IL-10 content was significantly higher than that of the 0~240 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The SIgA content of the 240 and 480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly higher than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05),and the TNF-α content was significantly lower than that of the 0 and 120 mg/kg GA groups(P<0.05).The IL-1β content of the 120~480 mg/kg GA groups was significantly lower than that of the 0 mg/kg GA group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GA has the effects of alleviating intestinal inflammatory response,improving protein metabolic efficiency,and promoting weight gain.The recommended addition level is 480 mg/kg.关键词
