Abstract
Under the background of high-quality development,feed enterprises are facing a new situation where opportunities and challenges coexist:in addition to continuously strengthening technological innovation and R&D,constantly optimizing product and market structure,improving operational efficiency,and reducing costs,they also need to further enhance the synergy among the industrial chain,continue to raise the level of quality and safety control,and attach importance to the cultivation of professional talents and the building of a new type of operation team.Only in this way can they effectively reduce the risks of enterprise mergers and acquisitions and promote the green and sustainable development of the entire industry.The particularity of the feed industry makes feed enterprises vulnerable to risks from multiple fields during the process of mergers and acquisitions,such as strategic risks,financial risks,legal risks,information asymmetry risks,and integration risks.At the same time,they also need to deal with market risks and anti-merger risks.Therefore,based on the premise of high-quality development,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the various risks faced by feed enterprises during the process of mergers and acquisitions and adopt targeted strategies,so as to promote the coordinated and stable development of the feed industry.关键词
