申嗪霉素与杀菌剂复配防治小麦茎基腐病及安全性评价
Combination of Shenqinmycin with Different Fungicides for Controlling Wheat Crown Rot and Safety Assessment

Abstract
To screen high-efficacy and low-toxicity fungicides for controlling wheat crown rot and enhance seed safety in agricultural production,toxicity and co-toxicity coefficients of the bio-pesticide Shenqinmycin combined with four chemical fungicides against Fusarium pseudograminearum were evaluated by using the growth rate method,and assessment of seed germination safety was also carried out.The results showed that the EC50 values of shenqinmycin,azoxystrobin,prothioconazole,phenamacril and prochloraz were 16.80,75.01,1.68,0.39,and 0.03 mg/L,respectively.Shenqinmycin exhibited synergistic effects when combined with chemical fungicides,particularly in the ratios of shenqinmycin∶prothioconazole at 1∶9 and shenqinmycin∶azoxystrobin at 9∶1,with co-toxicity coefficients reaching to 439.09 and 238.24,respectively.These combinations significantly inhibited the mycelial growth and altered hyphal morphology.Additionally,these synergistic mixtures alleviated the phytotoxic suppression of wheat seed germination caused by the individual components.This synergistic strategy not only reduces chemical pesticide usage but also improves disease control efficacy and seed safety,providing a theoretical foundation and technical approach for the green management of wheat crown rot.关键词
