One New Record of Parasitic Natural Enemy Elodia flavipalpis Aldrich,1933,on Grapholita molesta(Busck,1916)in Hebei Province,China
摘要
Abstract
Tachinid flies are important natural enemies of pests.From the larvae of Grapholita molesta collected from peach orchards in three cities within Hebei Province and reared in the laboratory,one parasitic natural enemy emerged.It was identified by morphology and molecular method as Elodia flavipalpis Aldrich,1933,making the first record of this species in Hebei Province,China.This study systematically reviewed and corrected the distribution and host records of Elodia in Hebei province,provided a taxonomic key to its three species,described the taxonomic status and morphological characteristics of Elodia flavipalpis,and discussed its potential for field applications.关键词
