盐酸异丙嗪及盐酸倍他司汀对梅尼埃病的综合应用效果分析
The Comprehensive Application Effect Analysis of Promethazine Hydrochlorine and Betahistine Dihydrochloride on Vertigo

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of pure sound hearing threshold and coagulation index of promethazine hydrochlorine and betahistine dihydrochloride on vertigo,in order to find treatment plans with more scientific application value.Methods 122 cases of vertigo treated in our hospital from January 2022 to May 2025 were selected as the study subjects.According to the different treatment method,122 patients were divided into observation group and control group,both groups need to keep bed rest,ensure that the room was quiet and dark,and maintain a good work and rest time,relax the nervous spirit,to ensure physical and mental pleasure.The control group was also treated with promethazine hydrochlorine,and the observation group added betahistine dihydrochloride treatment.The two groups were treated for 2 weeks,the efficacy of the two groups,pure sound hearing threshold before and 2 weeks after treatment,coagulation index,and adverse reactions were compared.Results Total response rate in observation group was 96.72%,higher than control group 86.89%(P<0.05).The difference between the pure tone hearing threshold before and after the two groups had not significant(P>0.05).But Prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)levels were higher in the two groups after treatment than in the control group(P<0.05).Overall incidence of adverse effects of observation group 13.11%,and compared with 6.56%of control group,difference had not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of promethazine hydrochlorine and betahistine dihydrochloride in treating patients with vertigo has good effect,and can optimize its coagulation index,high safety,but no obvious effect on pure sound hearing threshold.关键词
