基于组态视角的社区居家医养结合服务能力提升路径研究
Research on Improving Community-Based Home Medical and Nursing Care Integration Service Capabilities from A Configuration Perspective

Abstract
Community-based integrated medical and elderly care services represent a crucial strategy for actively addressing population aging,in which enhancing service capabilities is paramount.Drawing upon the social support framework and exemplary cases from pilot reforms in home-based and community elderly care services,the synergistic mechanisms of economics,service,information,evaluation,and emotional factors collectively elevating service capabilities were examined from a configurational per-spective.The study revealed that emotional comfort constituted a necessary condition for high-level integrated community-based medical and elderly care services.Economics,service,information,evaluation,and emotional conditions form diverse configura-tional patterns for enhancing service capacity,primarily including the"service-emotional"and"economics-information-emo-tional"driving models.Cross-case comparisons indicated significant differences in the pathways for enhancing service capacity a-mong eastern,central,and western regions.Future development requires strengthening synergistic coordination among economics,service,information,evaluation,and emotional support elements,adopting tailored approaches based on local conditions,and in-tensifying efforts to provide emotional comfort to the elderly.关键词
