消费水平在老年慢性病患者互联网使用与门诊服务利用间的中介作用分析
Analysis of the Mediating Effect of Consumption Level on Internet Use and Outpatient Service Use among Older Pa-tients with Chronic Diseases

Abstract
Objective To analyze the relationship between Internet use and outpatient service utilization among older adults with chronic diseases,and explore the mediating role of consumption level,so as to provide insights for optimizing health manage-ment strategies for them.Methods Data were obtained from the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS).A total of 7151 participants with chronic diseases aged 60 and above were included in the analysis.Logistic regres-sion model was used to examine the relationship between Internet use and outpatient service utilization.KHB method was used to examine the mediating effect of consumption level.Results The rate of Internet use and outpatient service utilization among older a-dults with chronic diseases was 6.52％and 17.83％,respectively.After adjusting for confounding factors,Internet use was sig-nificantly positively correlated with outpatient service utilization[OR=1.321,95％CI:(1.028,1.697)].Consumption level mediated the association between Internet use and outpatient service utilization[OR=1.063,95％CI:(1.033～1.094)],and the mediating effect was 18.04％.Conclusion Internet use is associated with outpatient service utilization among older adults with chronic diseases,which is mediated by consumption level.The government should take measures to strengthen digital infrastruc-ture,optimize the Internet information environment,develop age-friendly digital health tools,guide consumption of older adults with chronic diseases towards chronic disease monitoring,follow-up,and prevention,and promote the effective integration of chronic disease management and digital applications.关键词
