老年安宁疗护社会工作推行的阻碍因素及对策研究
Research on the Hindering Factors and Strategies of Elderly Palliative Social Work Based on Grounded Theory

Abstract
Objective To explore the hindering factors of the elderly palliative social work service and put forward correspond-ing strategies and suggestions.Methods Purpose sampling and convenience sampling were used to conduct focus groups and in-depth personal interviews with 26 interviewees in 7 medical and health institutions in Sichuan Province,including managers,medi-cal staff and social workers.And the factors hindering the implementation of elderly palliative social work services were extracted and summarized based on grounded theory.Results Through the three-level coding,16 initial categories,5 main categories and 3 core categories were obtained,and a total of 5 obstacle factors were obtained,including occupational barriers,service barriers,cultural barriers,policy barriers and industry barriers in the implementation of elderly palliative social work services.The theoreti-cal framework of"hindering factors of social work service of elderly palliative care"was constructed from micro,meso and macro dimensions.Conclusion Five factors,including occupational barriers,directly or indirectly hinder the implementation of elderly palliative social work services.To further advance the sustainable development of elderly palliative care social work services,measures should be taken such as building a professional support system,optimizing service operation mechanisms,and improving top-level institutional design along with cultural advocacy.关键词
