摘要
Abstract
Biotoxins are highly toxic substances derived from animals,plants and microorganisms.Due to their high toxicity,diversity,and ease of transmission,they are considered potential biological warfare agents and public health threats,and their detection and neutralization remain challenging.In recent years,nanobodies have emerged as a promising tool for both detection and treatment of toxins thanks to their small molecular weight,strong penetration,high stability,good binding affinity,and suit-ability for genetic engineering.This article reviews the structural characteristics,screening,and prepa-ration methods of nanobodies in general and the research progress in the detection and treatment of biotoxins(bacterial toxins,plant toxins,animal toxins,marine toxins and mycotoxins)in particular.Nano-body technology has shown great potential in biotoxin diagnosis and treatment,but its clinical transla-tion remains hindered by critical issues.Advancements depend on deep integration with cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence driven design.关键词
