Right segmental tracheal resection and secondary carina reconstruction with complete pulmonary preservation for tracheal tumor:A case report
摘要
Abstract
Pulmonary parenchyma-sparing tracheal segmental resection with secondary carinal reconstruction represents a rare and technically demanding procedure,performed exclusively at select high-volume centers for a limited number of patients with tracheal tumors.This retrospective analysis examines the case of a tracheal tumor patient treated with right tracheal segmentectomy and secondary carina reconstruction at the Affiliated Wuxi People's Hospital of Nanjing Medical University.Meanwhile,by integrating previously reported domestic and international cases of this procedure,we evaluate its safety,summarize clinical characteristics,and aim to provide evidence for future application of this technique.关键词
