Application and Effect Analysis of Silicon Aluminum Brick in Thermal Storage Electric Heater

Abstract
At present,research on solid thermal storage electric heaters is based on magnesium bricks and magnesium iron bricks as thermal storage materials.This article tests the thermal storage and heat release performance of solid thermal storage electric heaters using silicon aluminum bricks as thermal storage materials,as well as the effectiveness of their use in buildings.The results show that the temperature rise rate of silicon aluminum bricks during the thermal storage stage gradually slows down with increasing temperature,and the temperature distribution on the surface and air outlet grille is uneven.Thermal storage electric heaters with silicon aluminum bricks as the thermal storage body can achieve performance level C,and the daily electricity consumption during the testing period is relatively low.Finally,the future research direction of thermal storage electric heaters is discussed.关键词
