Abstract
Based on the need for improvement and upgrading of a certain type of cooling device,this paper first compares and analyzes the technical parameters of the cooling device before and after the upgrade in terms of refrigerant difference and heat exchange performance,and then analyzes and calculates the compressor selection,heat exchanger analysis and calculation,principle flow and component selection,and proposes corresponding upgrading and improvement measures.The performance test of the cooling device before and after the upgrade shows that the measured cooling capacity of the improved cooling device is 101.98 kW,which meets the technical requirements of the cooling capacity of not less than 100 kW,and the energy efficiency of the latter is 5.6%lower than the EER of the former when the difference between the measured cooling capacity of the two before and after the improvement is less than 1%,and the exhaust pressure and suction pressure of the latter are 7.6%and 2.3%higher than the former respectively.关键词
