Research Progress of Yunnan Large-leaf White Tea
摘要
Abstract
Yunnan large-leaf white tea has emerged as a rising star in China's tea market,demonstrating outstanding potential in drinking value,health benefits and cultural appeal.By reviewing relevant literature,this article summa-rized research progress in germplasm resource breeding,chemical composition and health efficacy,processing tech-nologies,and quality characteristics of Yunnan large-leaf white tea.It also identified existing challenges within the industry and prospected future development trends,aiming to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the Yunnan large-leaf white tea industry.关键词
